Taste: Nostos restored my faith in the savory Mediterranean pastry. This fluffy flavorful wedge doesn’t fall prey to the greasiness that often besets its other Greek representatives. Crispy delicate phyllo dough encases an aromatic blend of spinach, feta, scallions and bits of dill. Its richness (but not of the bloat-inducing variety) makes me want to nestle into another one of these triangular pillows. Luckily, I will, because the mezede comes in trios.
