It’s time to immerse yourself in the cherry blossom season. With the cherry trees on their way to peak bloom, make the most of the season with a special drink order. Here are nine restaurants and bars in Northern Virginia and DC serving up cherry blossom-inspired drinks this spring.

Trade in your usual pint of beer for a special spring cocktail. The brewery’s Sakura Sipper mixes gin, cherry blossom powder, fresh lemon juice, guava nectar, and lemon-lime soda for a refreshing sip that matches the season. 2918 Eskridge Rd., Fairfax; 520 Mill St. NE, Vienna

City Cruises

These spring cocktails aren’t limited to land. If you find yourself on a City Cruises cherry blossom tour, grab the flower-inspired Petals on the Potomac with haku Japanese vodka, Amabuke “Pink Lady” rose sake, lychee puree, lemon sour, and cherry blossom dust. To curb your sweet tooth, order the cherry blossom cheesecake from the spring menu.
