After a special election Tuesday, Atlanta congressional candidates, democrat Jon Ossoff and republican Karen Handel, will head into a runoff for the 6th District in June, which could serve as an indicator for the 2018 midterm following Trump‘s inauguration. Osoff secured 48.3 percent of the vote, 2 percentage points short of winning the seat outright.
