Spring is in full bloom, which means it’s time to add a little color back into our lives. And what better way than by decorating with fresh flowers? Whether you’re looking to brighten up your home or find the newest addition for the garden, there are plenty of places to shop. Get your floral fix at these farms and gardens.

Hope Flower Farm & Winery

Make a day out of your flower shopping at this 25-acre flower farm near Leesburg. Visitors can purchase bunches of fresh farm flowers and custom bouquets arranged by expert designers. Sip a glass of wine from the tasting room’s seasonal selection and unwind in the peaceful rural atmosphere. 40905 Stumptown Rd., Waterford

Buckland Farm Market

Swing by this rustic family-owned Fauquier County farm stand and browse its diverse selection of seasonal flowers. If you’re searching for a festive gift, be sure to check out the special potted tulips, azaleas, and hydrangeas sold for Easter and Mother’s Day. Love to sip while you shop? Grab a locally brewed beer on tap or glass of wine from the new brewery and winery. 4484 Lee Hwy., New Baltimore

Wollam Gardens

Find vibrant seasonal bouquets from this Culpeper flower farm on your next farmers market outing. Wollam Gardens sells fresh cut flowers every other Saturday at the Arlington Farmers Market, and every Sunday at the Dupont Circle Market. 5167 Jeffersonton Rd., Jeffersonton

Cox Farms

You can browse homegrown plants at the Cox Farms Corner Market. Grown in a greenhouse on-site, Cox Farms’ hanging flower baskets are recognized as the best in the region. These famous flowers will be available to the public when the Corner Market reopens in late-April. 15621 Braddock Rd., Centreville

Bee’s Wing Farm

Pick up a beautiful hand-tied bouquet arranged by the Bees Wing farmers themselves. Customize your flowers by choosing between the “soft and sweet” or “bright and vivacious” color palettes. Or leave it up to the experts and opt for “farmer’s choice.” These signature bouquets are available at the Falls Church Farmers Market. 34427 Hollow Oak Rd., Bluemont
