Here’s What’s New and Coming Soon to Reston Town Center

New shopping, dining, and health options are on the horizon.

There’s a lot of change coming to Reston Town Center, from the introduction of a new hotel and high-end dining options to boutique health facilities that are getting ready to open. Here’s what to keep your eye out for the next time you visit.

AC Hotel

The AC Hotel & Residence Inn opened early this year at 1975 Opportunity Way, right near the Metro station. In addition to its guest rooms, the new hotel offers dining at its ground-floor restaurant, Seven. It will soon add a luxury rooftop bar, Syn, to its offerings.

Evereve

This women’s clothing brand opened in RTC earlier in February, and it offers stylish and trendy attire. 11928 Market St., Reston

Clarity

The Rammy Award–winning modern American restaurant, named one of the Best Restaurants in Northern Virginia in 2024, is expanding with a second location. The new space will be in addition to its Vienna flagship. 1996 Opportunity Way, Reston

Corsica Wine Bar

It’s been a long time coming, but this wine bar is set to open in 2025. It takes the place of Mon Ami Gabi, which closed at the end of 2023. Corsica will offer a wide selection of wines and small plates like tuna carpaccio, mushroom arancini, and more. 11950 Democracy Dr., Reston

Toastique

Visitors to RTC will soon be able to grab a gourmet toast, a fresh-pressed juice, and a coffee at this new fast-casual restaurant. There are three Virginia locations currently open: one in Clarendon, one in Old Town Alexandria, and one in Chesapeake. 11990 Inspiration St., Reston

Yunnan by Potomac Noodle House

This upscale Chinese restaurant, with one location in Pentagon City, has signed a lease to join Reston Town Center. It specializes in mixian bowls, with rice noodles, braised meats, and broth. 1975 Opportunity Way, Reston

iCryo

Take a wellness trip to this personal health brand specializing in cryotherapy, red-light therapy, infrared sauna, IV drip transfusion, and more. There are two NoVA locations now, plus one in nearby Bethesda. 1200 Inspiration St., Reston

Urbi Goods

This jewelry boutique with a location in Ashburn will open a new location offering permanent pieces, earrings, necklaces, and rings. 11926 Market St., Reston

MidnighTreats

Northern Virginia’s brand of specialty cookies — they’re 100 percent vegan and weigh about one-third of a pound each — will move its Reston location (currently at 11720 Plaza America Dr.) to a new space in RTC. This joins locations in Arlington, Alexandria, and College Park. 1826 Discovery St., Reston

Shake Shack

BXP (the property management company at RTC) has confirmed that a new Shake Shack serving up burgers, fries, and shakes will take the space formerly occupied by The Counter burger bar. 11922 Democracy Dr., Reston

Kusshi Sushi

You’ll soon be able to find fresh sushi and sashimi at this sushi chain. It currently has seven locations throughout the DMV area. 11909 Democracy Dr., Reston

Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea

There will be fruit teas, bubble teas, tea lattes, and more at this tea shop. There’s no opening date yet, but The Burn reported that the brand signed a lease on a space in the Midtown at Reston Town Center.

Sweathouz

There’s another health brand coming into the area. Sweathouz, a contrast therapy studio that specializes in exposure to heat and cold, has a location listed as “coming soon” on its website. The space is a little outside RTC, but is still conveniently close to the plaza, the metro, and the new AC Hotel. 12100 Sunset Hills Rd., Reston
