Whether you’re fresh out of school or a few years (or decades) removed, you’re never too old to learn something new. If you’re looking to brush up on your historical facts or travel to the outer edges of the galaxy, these are the educational events to try this week.

Encore Learning Presents: From Earth to Moon, Mars and Beyond: NASA Missions You Don’t Want to Miss

Monday, 3-4:30 p.m.
Over the past 60 years, NASA has gone from its first space mission to exploring Mars with a rover. Join Dr. Joyce Winterton to learn about the different missions of the space programs past and future, as the country explores farther into the Milky Way.  free

Bring Your Own Book (BYOB) Book Club

Tuesday, noon-1 p.m.
Have you started a juicy book, but have no one to discuss it with? Then this is the activity for you. Join other book lovers to share your latest, favorite, and oldest reads, all while sharing recommendations to add to your to-be-read pile.  free

Night Sky Tour at the Roll-Top Observatory

Tuesday, 8 p.m.
With all of this space talk, take a deep dive into what’s out of our world. Look through the observatory’s telescope for a tour of the planets, constellations, stars, and galaxies surrounding Mother Earth. The Turner Farm: 925 Springvale Rd., Great Falls; $8

Thursday, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
The perception behind France’s most famous military leader has always been divided. While he was a smart and analytical military mind, many remember him for ego and exploitation. This lecture discusses the many facets of the historical figure that still have influence on today’s society. $30-$35

Harry Potter Birthday Tours

Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
