The Virginia General Assembly passed a bill this week to raise the legal age to buy tobacco and vaping products from 18 to 21. The proposed law passed the House on Monday, with a 66-30 vote, and passed the Senate on Jan. 29, with a 32-8 vote. The bill now goes to Gov. Ralph Northam. (The Washington Post)
