Adventure Park USA
From go-karting to roller coasters to bumper cars, there’s no shortage of family-friendly fun at this park. Racers who are 4-feet tall can ride the Rookie Racer track, and there are Double Karts for those who are 5-feet tall and over 18 with a valid driver’s license. The park also features mini golf, carnival rides, rock climbing, bumper cars, laser tag, a ropes course, and an arcade. Crofton Go-Kart Raceway
Live your F1 dreams at this half-mile grand prix-style track. This challenging course is worth the out-of-state trip. Drivers of all skill levels will have a blast racing around the course’s 20-plus turns. Drivers must be at least 8 years old and 54 inches tall for single karts. Fun Land Go-Karts
With two different NoVA locations and several attractions, Fun Land has something for everybody. The Fredericksburg location is home to Virginia’s first multi-level go-kart track. Speed demons will love driving the 1,700 feet of racing surface. Drivers need to be 5 feet tall. The Fredericksburg location also offers rookie go-karts for younger drivers who are at least 46 inches tall. The Fredericksburg location also offers mini golf, carnival rides, batting cages, and mini bowling. At Fairfax, racers can hit high speeds on an indoor track. They do need to be 58 inches tall and passengers 3-feet tall. Go Kart Track
This outdoor track will satisfy your adrenaline craving. For just $9, you can drive eight laps around this 1.25-mile-long track. This course offers single and double karts. Single kart drivers must be at least 8 years old and 54 inches tall. Young daredevils who are 3-feet tall can hitch a ride in the passenger seat of a double kart driven by somebody at least 16. 4300 Kenilworth Ave., Bladensburg, Maryland
K1 Speed
Navigate the twists and turns at these indoor racetracks in electric go-karts. These eco-friendly karts drive smoothly, so you can race around tight corners with no problem. Zoom at speeds up to 45 mph. K1 Speed offers karts and tracks for kids and adults. You need to be 4-feet tall to be a junior racer and 4-foot-10 to be an adult racer.
