There’s a new luxury dine-in movie theater coming to Reston Town Center. LOOK Dine-In Cinemas will open its first Virginia location at 11940 Market St. with a grand opening and “ticket-tearing ceremony” on November 2.
“I couldn’t be more excited to bring LOOK Dine-In Cinemas to Reston Town Center. Our theater is a place for this great community to enjoy, laugh, cry, be inspired, and most importantly, come together. It’s not just about movies; it’s about creating memorable moments and a shared experience that unites us all,” said Brian Schultz, CEO of LOOK Dine-In Cinemas, in a news release.
This theater will fill the space previously occupied by Bow Tie Cinemas, which closed nearly two years ago, according to FFXNow.
Pre-sale tickets are on sale now for showings beginning on November 2, for Five Nights at Freddy’s, Killers of the Flower Moon, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie, and Priscilla.
Guests can order food and drinks to be delivered right to their seats using a mobile app. The menu features sharables like loaded cheese fries, plus burgers, pizza, quesadillas, and entrées like coconut shrimp and mac and cheese. Of course, classic concessions, including popcorn and candy, are for sale.
The theater offers a selection of beer and wine, as well as craft cocktails like the Look + Chill, a combination of blueberry vodka, gin, and sweet-and-sour that’s topped with a frozen margarita floater.
“We are thrilled to welcome LOOK Cinemas to Reston Town Center. Offering an elevated moviegoing experience with classic snacks, a full dinner menu and creative cocktails, LOOK is a welcome addition to the Reston community,” said Sapna Yathiraj, director of marketing at BXP, the development company that operates Reston Town Center. “The wait is over, and we can’t wait to go to the movies.”
The new space will have 11 auditoriums with large screens, surround sound, and spacious reclining seats. The auditoriums range in size from 45 to 120 seats.
The largest of these rooms is the PX (or premium large format) auditorium, which has a wall-to-wall screen and digital surround sound.
LOOK operates 12 other theaters in Texas, California, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, and New York.
