Travelers at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport may see some upgrades to their airport experience this holiday season. A new airport lounge with food curated by chef José Andrés and a new outpost of a DC-area brewery each open today in Terminal 2.
Capital One Landing
This new space is a partnership between Capital One and the José Andrés Group, intended to bring elevated food and beverage, plus other airport amenities to DCA. Capital One Landing is located in Terminal 2 in the National Hall near Concourse D and includes a 3,400-square-foot dining area with room for 90 guests, The Washington Business Journal reports.
The menu offers snacks like charcuterie and labneh cones, plus entrées such as gambas al ajillo, eggplant and tofu donburi, and croquetas. There are also offerings for breakfast, coffee, and cocktails.
In addition to the food, lounge visitors can enjoy free WiFi, luggage nooks, and outlets at every seat.
Rather than charging à la carte for food and drink, lounge guests receive full complimentary access to the menu. Access to the lounge is free or discounted for eligible Capital One cardholders, or $90 for guests.
Venture X cardholders and Venture X Business primary cardholders can enter the lounge for free, along with one guest. Additional guests can enter at a discounted rate of $45. Venture and Spark Miles cardholders also get a discounted rate of $45.

Atlas Brew Works
Atlas Brew Works also opened a new location in DCA today, near the B Gates in Terminal 2.
This is Atlas’ first airport outpost and its fourth location overall, joining spots in Ivy City, Navy Yard, and Alexandria. The company makes its beers in its flagship DC location, using a solar-powered facility.
“Opening an airport outpost is an exciting new adventure,” said Justin Cox, founder and CEO of Atlas Brew Works. “Whether traveling for work or leisure, DMV visitors and locals alike will have another place to enjoy our solar-powered brews.”
The new, 2,425-square-foot space will be shared with Zeke’s Coffee and other breakfast options until 10 a.m. You can grab a breakfast like waffles, egg sandwiches, granola bowls, and more to-go with a coffee in the morning. In the afternoon, pair a beer with salads, sandwiches, pizza, wings, and more.
The DCA location will offer eight beers on tap: six of Atlas’ core brews, including the Silent Neighbor stout, and two rotating seasonal drafts. There will also be six-packs sold to-go.
Atlas DCA is open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, or until 30 minutes past the last flight in its area of the concourse.
