“The DC Shorts International Film Festival will be a hybrid in-person and virtual event this year. While watching something digitally isn’t the same as the theater, short films kind of feel like artsy TV when you’re on the couch. Also, they put their collection from previous years up online to watch for free, sorted by genre and going back to 2004.
