If social distancing and staying put has left you listening to less music, there might just be a way to rediscover your favorite tunes. Morrison Hotel Gallery, known for being a world leader in fine art music photography, is diving even deeper into musical history with the launch of MHG Radio.

MHG Radio is an online broadcast that takes fans behind the scenes of iconic music photography snapshots, including legendary bands and performers such as America, The Eagles and Jackson Brown, and many more to come.

The series is broadcast on Peter Blachley’s R-Town Radio Show (on Sundays at 7 p.m.), and takes listeners on an audio journey through musical history, from the backdrops of albums and the inspirations of musical performers captured in time over the years. The series so far has featured Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young photographer Henry Diltz discussing the band’s origins and some of his favorite shots, and the forthcoming episode in the first week of June will take a look at The Doors, with interviews from the band’s guitarist Robbie Krieger and keyboardist Ray Manzarek.

In addition to the new broadcast, Morrison Hotel Gallery continues to give fans access to fine art and music photography online, where fans can shop and peruse rotating art exhibits—including an entire exhibit dedicated to Sir Elton John and more—all from the safety of their homes.

Morrison Hotel Gallery locations include New York City, West Hollywood, California (located in the lobby of the luxurious Sunset Marquis hotel) and Lahaina, Hawaii, and although fans can’t yet visit in person, an online exploration of over 100,000 historic images, hundreds of music facts and more may just be the at-home entertainment you’ve been looking for.
