Street Artist Commemorates Reston History With 3-D Chalk Piece

Balitmore artist Michael Kirby creates a 3-D piece celebrating Reston’s 50-year history. The piece will be a part of the Chalk on the Water Festival held at Lake Anne Plaza in Reston.
