Tysons Corner Center currently has more than 300 retail, dining, and entertainment brands, and it continues to add a new lineup of new openings, relocations, and remodels. From late August through October, shoppers can find these new and revamped retail and food options.
Chip City
New York City–based cookie brand Chip City is opening its new Tysons location on Friday, August 29. The store — on the second level, next to Auntie Anne’s — will rotate more than 100 flavors throughout the year. Brand favorites include peanut butter and jelly, everything cookie, oatmeal apple pie, and a cannoli cookie. The menu features a mix of classics, seasonal flavors, and dairy-free options.

Level 99
Now open on level two of the mall (next to Urban Outfitters), Level99 is a 48,000-square-foot interactive entertainment experience with craft food and beverage options. It blends physical challenges, team games, and immersive environments for both competitive thrill-seekers and casual players.

Gap
Gap has reopened its newly remodeled store with dedicated zones for denim, khakis, fleece, and everyday essentials. The store has a Denim Bar and a gallery area at the front of the store that showcases the latest brand campaigns and fashion collaborations.
Rivian
The all-electric automaker will occupy a 3,581-square-foot space on the second level of the mall (next to Altar’d State). Slated to open in September, it will showcase Rivian’s vehicles, software, and accessories.
Studs
Ear-piercing store Studs (on level two, beside Beauty Nail Bar) specializes in guiding customers through the full piercing experience. Shoppers can expect personalized consultations with every appointment and access to a wide assortment of earrings designed for sensitive ears in a range of price points.
Kizik
Slip-on footwear brand Kizik sells styles for men, women, and kids, with fresh styles arriving throughout the year. The store will be the brand’s first in the DMV. It’s slated to open next month on level two next to Johnston & Murphy.
L’Occitane en Provence
L’Occitane en Provence is remodeling and refreshing its space on level two with plans to open by the end of October. The brand sells skincare, body care, and fragrance collections.
