One Loudoun offers a diverse collection of shops, restaurants, and corporate offices. And there are several recent changes happening — some stores are moving and expanding, and one restaurant has closed. We’ve rounded up some of the latest developments to keep you in the loop.
Firehouse Subs
The Firehouse Subs at 20544 Easthampton Plaza shuttered its doors in January. There’s still a location in Sterling at 47010 Community Plz., Ste 110, for those looking to get their fix.
Glo30
National skincare chain Glo30 is set to open up shop in April. You can book individual services or sign up for a monthly membership for specialized facial procedures like filler, laser treatments, and Botox. 20404 Exchange St.
Handmade by LMAC
Handmade by LMAC features more than 150 local makers. The shop recently moved up the street to a larger space and held a grand opening at the new location. The extra square footage will allow the business to bring in even more goods from makers, artists, and craftspeople from across the region. 20453 Exchange St.

Lululemon
Lululemon originally opened in One Loudoun as a pop-up location to test the market. Not surprisingly, the fitness and athleisure brand was met with enthusiasm. Now, the company plans to open a permanent location in One Loudoun. There is no date yet for the permanent reopening, but the retailer will temporarily move to a smaller location while the larger space is built out. 20334 Exchange St.
Southern Tide
Southern Tide, a lifestyle brand of classic resort wear, is opening in One Loudoun, and signage is officially up. The location, which is right next to the Yard Milkshake Bar, should open this spring. 20335 Exchange St.
Urbi Goods
Just a short walk from their previous location, Urbi Goods reopened this month — right next to the Starbucks. This modern jewelry boutique offers sterling silver and gold-plated pieces, as well as permanent jewelry options. 44731 Thorndike St.
