Whether you’re shopping in Old Town or Leesburg, McLean or Annandale, here are the openings you should have on your radar for a home makeover this season.
Eries Interiors
Located on Saint Asaph Street, just off King Street, Eries Interiors brings an eclectic style to Old Town. Owned by Jessica Moak and Elena Rall, the shop features mid-century modern furniture, vintage and new tableware, glassware and barware, striking textiles, and original art. Rall is the artist behind works that span impressionism, abstract expressionism, and even pop art, offering another way to bring a colorful, distinct style into your home. 101 S. Crème de la Crème
With a flagship store in Middleburg, Crème de la Crème is one of Northern Virginia’s most cherished home goods stores. And, this year, it opened two new locations in Old Town and Leesburg. Drawing inspiration from the luxurious traditions of French and Italian entertaining, Crème de la Crème curates a beautiful selection of items, including glassware, linens, dishware, and gifts. 907 King St., Alexandria; 27 S. Patrick’s Elegant Living
Patrick’s Elegant Living opened a second location in McLean. The original shop, located at The Wharf in Washington, DC, occupies a beautiful city-sized spot. The new location has the luxury of spreading out throughout a spacious retail store that was once home to a Crate and Barrel. Patrick’s filled the space with beautiful linens, tableware, and furniture, giving customers the perfect spot to shop for new home décor ahead of the holiday season. 1800 International Dr., McLean
Elegant Snob
“Something new, old, and beautiful” is the meaning behind the new Annandale shop, Elegant Snob. In this collected and creatively curated store, you’ll find not only home items, but also art, clothing, and more. Many of the finds were originally sourced for staging projects for owner Fruwah Chapman’s real estate business. According to its website, the shop is by appointment, except for Wednesdays when it is open from 1 to 5 p.m. 7620 Little River Tpk., Annandale
Fortunoff Backyard Store
A New York-based outdoor furniture store opened its first locations in Northern Virginia in Sterling, Falls Church, and Woodbridge. The retailer has quickly expanded their footprint in the region, giving Northern Virginians a place to find everything they need to outfit their patios and backyards for the season.
