In downtown Leesburg, Zest Clothing is out, and Brick and Mortar is in.

West Federal Retail, the parent company of Lou Lou Boutiques, Crème de la Crème and Zest, recently announced plans to open a new format called Brick and Mortar in Leesburg, instead of the Zest Clothing concept the company had originally announced.

Set to open on April 15, Brick and Mortar will feature U.S.-branded gift products, both for men and women, and home goods products.

“The foot traffic on King Street wants to be entertained. Next to the breweries and restaurants, we hope to create an exciting and fun retail experience,” said Ben Wegdam, owner of West Federal Retail, in a press release.
