Olive and Lena is nestled in the jam-packed Centreville Square shopping center just outside of Fairfax. But don’t let the bevvy of chain restaurants, florists and banks distract you—this boutique is a one-of-a-kind shopping destination. The owners, Erin Kim and Lena

Lee, bring each item of clothing over from Korea on bimonthly buying trips. There is only one item per style, which ensures that every customer can feel confident that she is getting an exclusive piece no one else in the area will have.
Although the store is small, it has an open layout that utilizes the space without overwhelming it. Clothes are stacked neatly on the walls, while a few standing racks surround a large plush couch in the center of the store. Customers are invited to relax and enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and snacks. The modern décor—metal accents, abstract art and a neutral black, white and silver color palette with pops of blue—effectively create a contrast between the streetwear-inspired clothing and the atmosphere.
Outside of the breezy blouses, cocoon sweaters and knit dresses in neutral hues, customers are surprised to find that Olive and Lena is also stocked with fun accessories and shoes. With prices starting at $20, there is something for every budget and style at this fun boutique. // 14215-T Centreville Square, Centreville
