Prince William County weighs $600 million bond referendums; Virginia governor announces ‘Second Chance Month’

The Prince William Board of County Supervisors is considering a $400 million transportation bond and a $200 million parks bond that could be presented to voters on the ballot in November. This is the first bond referendum since 2006. (Inside NoVA)
