Silver Line test trains expand routes; WWII planes coming to DC area

Silver Line test trains are set to start running on larger stretches of the new tracks in Loudoun County. It has not been announced when the trains will begin carrying paying passengers as the line’s rail ties must be replaced, which could create additional delays. (WTOP)
