A Harrisonburg 48-year-old grandmother and her 12-year-old granddaughter have been missing since Sunday. An Amber Alert has been issued, and the person suspected of abducting them, whose car was found on fire in Warren County on Interstate 66, has been arrested in Pennsylvania. Angie Carolina Rodriguez-Rubio and Elizabeth Rodriguez Rubio are still missing.
