Loudoun County School Board to vote on more recess; Defenseman John Carlson re-signs with the Washington Capitals

Tuesday, the Loudoun County School Board will decide whether to have both a morning and an afternoon recess session. July 1, a Virginia law will go into effect permitting schools to count recess as part of the instructional day.
