Virginia Delegate-elect Danica Roem has begun reaching out to Fairfax County delegates in the hopes of setting into motion her proposed Route 28 improvements. Wanting to reduce congestion, Roem wants there to be Orchard Bridge Drive and Yorkshire Lane flyovers and southbound lanes, and to have Centreville traffic lights replaced.

47-year-old Norman Lee Blowe Jr., owner of the semi-professional Virginia Storm basketball team which moved from Winchester to Loudoun in 2016, was arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old. Blowe is said to have paid the girl between $100-200 for certain sex acts.
