Potomac Nationals considering new stadium locations; Nationals trade Blake Treinen to the Athletics

Northern Virginia’s daily dose of local and national news for Monday, July 17.

After a deal for a new stadium in Prince William County fell through, the Potomac Nationals are considering new locations. Owner Art Silber didn’t disclose which locations were being considered but said Prince William and Maryland weren’t in the mix. He did say the team would consider leaving Northern Virginia but would prefer to stay.
