President Donald Trump shared his budget plan Thursday, and it would increase defense spending by $54 billion and cut spending at the Agriculture, Labor and State departments and the Environmental Protection Agency. He also proposes cutting all future funding of the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
