Trending: Top 3 celebrity freak-outs (and Dennis Quaid)

Dennis Quaid has reminded us of our favorite celeb freak outs. Contains NSFW language, Bruce.

Tuesday has never been fun. It’s too close to Monday, but not enough to dread. It’s also adjacent to Wednesday, but not enough to anticipate the end of the week.

Tuesday is the middle child of weekdays, which makes it the perfect day for the Internet intelligentsia to latch onto a celebrity freak-out video.

Your Facebook and Twitter feeds have no doubt latched onto the viral video of Dennis Quaid flipping out on set. If not, please take a gander here (very NSFW language, so don’t turn up your speakers to 11).

But seeing as it is Tuesday, a day so insignificant and so likely to incite office frustration, we decided let Hollywood’s finest vent for you with list of our favorite celebrity freak-outs. Until then, goosfraba, my friends.

Christian Bale

This is the Babe Ruth of celebrity freak-outs. While shooting the 2009 film “Terminator: Salvation,” Bale erupted when a crew member stepped in his sight line while the actor was performing a scene. The audio was leaked ahead of the movie. Often parodied, here is the original.

David O. Russell

While shooting the 2004 film “I Heart Huckabees,” director Russell and star Lily Tomlin disagreed over an approach to a scene. Tensions were already high and featured more f-bombs than a Scorsese blooper reel.

At the 1:10 mark of the video, Russell loses it and goes on a rampage. This only equaled by another leaked video from the set where Tomlin goes off from inside a car seated next to Dustin Hoffman.

Tom Cruise

Perhaps the more ebullient than freak-out, Tom Cruise’s 2005 couch jump was meant to profess his love for Katie Holmes but quickly devolves into a pre-Jersey Shore fist-pump seminar. The crowning moment arrives at the 1:32 mark and keeps getting worse from there.  There are simply no words.
