With no Pier One Imports or West Elm to peruse, the Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets is finally getting a home and furniture store.
Design Within Reach will be opening a 10,800-square-foot store and showroom featuring furniture and home goods for every space—the living room, dining room, office space and more.
This will be the company’s first location in Virginia, with the closest being Georgetown in Washington, DC. No exact opening day is set, but it is expected to open within the next few months.
The Connecticut-based company was inspired by American shoppers lacking the opportunity to get trendy, well-designed and well-made furniture from Europe to the United States in the 1990s. Hence, the name Design Within Reach was born. The first location opened its doors in 1998.
