Nothing is better than dinner and a show, especially when the show is your plate of tasty pasta being tossed in a cheese wheel right in front of your eyes. The authentic Italian eatery tosses the pasta inside the carved out, melted cheese wheel then places it right on top of the lobster. It’s only available periodically, including this weekend, so don’t miss out when it’s back on the menu. 14115 St. Germain Dr., Centreville, priced at market value

When your dish is named the Cheese Wheel Experience, you know you’re in for a treat. This dish is only available Thursdays through Saturdays. 6361 Walker Ln., Ste. 140, Alexandria, $28 for the pasta, $8–$23 for any add ons
Roberto’s Ristorante Italiano
