If BuzzFeed’s ability to blend trendiness and enjoyment translated into something edible, it’d be on Mason-Dixon Cafe’s menu. There’s cheesesteak fries (the chef’s husband/co-owner is from South Jersey) that tops steak fries with beef shavings, all covered in homemade cheese wiz. The fries stay crisp and it’s quality enough to eat sober. A deep-fried hot dog wrapped in bacon and covered with griddled mac and cheese is better for its description than taste, but is still snack-worthy. A rice flour-battered chicken is a straightforward take on the bird, but could benefit from a kicky sauce. More wiz please.
