Kimchi started as a traditional Korean side dish that, as the New York Times says is really “ketchup, mustard and relish, all in one.” Because of the funky, spicy cabbage dish’s versatility, it’s been popping up in restaurants that serve all sorts of food. Here’s where to find kimchi no matter where you dine.
