Taste: The juicy duck pieces snuggle in between layers of crunchy, flaky Asian pancake. Cucumber and scallion slices add a light, refreshing crisp, enhanced by the sweet plum sauce. The cilantro sprigs and crunchy rice noodles are more of an aesthetic touch than anything, but who says your food can’t be yummy to look at, too?
