3 New Food Trucks Roll Into Northern Virginia

Grab a bite of chicken, fries, pizza, and more with these new mobile eateries.

NoVA is home to tons of great places to grab a bite — and some of those eateries just happen to be on wheels. Several new food trucks have recently opened around Northern Virginia, offering diners even more options for a casual meal. Here are three new ones to try.

Hip Hop Fish & Chicken

This new food truck in Tysons dubs itself the “DMV’s first halal in-car dining experience.” Head to its spot on Friday and Saturday evenings to try $10 combo meals of fried fish or chicken paired with coleslaw, fries, and a drink. It offers an in-car dining table to make it easier to enjoy your meal while parked. 8320 Old Courthouse Rd., Vienna, Fridays and Saturdays, 5–10:30 p.m.

Potato Factory

Potatoes are the star at this new food truck in Tysons. Get loaded baked potatoes, a cone of loaded fries, or a spiraled “tornado potato.” Spuds aren’t the only thing on offer, though — the menu also features a variety of subs and burgers. There’s even a box of eight “crunchy chips burgers,” which are mini sliders pressed flat until they’re crispy. 8320 Old Courthouse Rd., Vienna, Sunday through Thursday, noon–2 a.m.

Tang & Sizzle Pizza

Grab a slice of artisan pizza at this new Arlington-based truck. It specializes in stone-baked artisan pies, with rotating weekly specials. Try classic pies or specialties like the Chimichoke, which comes with black olives, marinated chimichurri artichokes, and jalapenos. 2704 S. Nelson St., Arlington
