From sizzling Tex-Mex and soulful smashburgers to bold Pakistani flavors and coastal-inspired seafood, a wave of new openings is bringing warmth and excitement to the local food landscape. Here are the latest must-try spots to add to your to-do list.

Alexandria

Bombay Canteen

The Bombay Canteen opened on February 2 with a grand opening planned for February 8. The vibrant new dining destination inspired by the flavors, stories, and soul of Bombay (now Mumbai), opened January 26.
