With summer right around the corner, your favorite hot-day drinks — boozy slushies — are starting to make their way back to menus across the region. Here are seven wineries and breweries that are currently serving the adult slushies.
The Wine House
Not much can beat enjoying a glass of frozen rosé out on the patio. The adult slushie is the perfect way to cool off on a hot day. The drink also pairs perfectly with plenty of the fresh dishes served for lunch and dinner. 3950 University Dr., Ste. 212, Fairfax
2 Silos Brewing
Head to the Ice Bar at 2 Silos to fill all of your slushie needs. The bar has seven different boozy slushies, and one non-alcoholic slushie. The colorful options include the Orange Blossom Special, Last Mango in Paris, and Shaboozey Booze. 9925 Discovery Blvd., Manassas

Quattro Goombas
When a glass of wine isn’t cutting it on a hot summer day in NoVA, grab a wine slushie. While you sip in the sun, make sure to grab one of the winery/brewery combo’s hot made-to-order pizzas. 22860 James Monroe Hwy., Aldie

Adroit Theory Brewing
Beer lovers, head to Purcellville’s Adroit Theory for a frozen refreshment. Served year-round, the beer slushies flavors are rotated each week, so you’ll be sure to find your summer go-to drink. 404 Browning Ct., Unit C, Purcellville
Woodlawn Press Winery
The wine slushies at Woodlawn Press Winery are officially back. Wine aficionados can choose between the Zinfandel or Pinot Grigio versions. Each order comes in a 12-ounce container you can enjoy in the tasting room or at home. 8733-B Cooper Rd., Alexandria
Audacious Aleworks
This brewery, with locations in Fairfax and Falls Church, has options for non-beer-drinkers. In addition to its many brews on tap, it also keeps a few varieties of slushies chilling in the slushy machine. Try the frozen margarita (with syrups available for added flavor) or blue lemonade. 110 E. Fairfax St., Falls Church; 10940 Fairfax Blvd., Fairfax
Lark Brewing Co.
This Aldie brewery has ample outdoor space and refreshing cold drinks to keep you cool on sunny days. On the frozen side, it has a lemon berry frosé and a frozen sangria. You can choose just one, or have them swirled together. 24205 James Monroe Hwy., Aldie
