5. Sterling’s Mokomandy has closed permanently due to the pandemic
In perhaps the toughest year ever for restaurants, we lost 2019’s best restaurant. RIP Mokomandy. We can’t wait to see what’s next for chef-owner Thaddeus Kim.

2. We listed restaurants as they reopened for outdoor dining in phase one. From Afghan Bistro to Wild Wood Pizza, diners were eager to get back out there. Heaters and igloos have kept the fun going into the cold months.
