Ordering a piece of meat these days is like a first date. Where are you from? Who raised you? Will I regret this tomorrow?

Diners increasingly consider the environment, the well-being of animals and their own health when digging into meat, but that doesn’t mean ordering a steak has to be a guilt-fest. understanding what’s on your plate is a commitment, but an enjoyable one. meat is no longer what’s for dinner, it’s what defines you.
