The Future of NoVA

Change is underway. Area residents will see a region like never before.

Future of NoVA: Change is underway. Area residents will see a region like never before.

It won’t happen in a flash or with one single event, but it will happen.

Tysons and Rosslyn will become mini-Manhattans. The Westfields area will dwarf Reston in size, as well as number of businesses. Loudoun County will mirror Fairfax. And farms will be a thing of the past.

Our children will sit in class with not only their peers, but with those in surrounding age groups, or maybe not even sit in class at all.

Gen Y, especially its women, will be the driving force of the economy, real estate and social life.

And the area will not only become more diverse but the individual wealth will surpass the paystubs of any generations past.

Our growing region will not only have a changing face for its residents, but it will carve out its own territory as a high-profile marketplace for the world.
