A Lovettsville winery known for its architecture, vineyard views, and multiple event spaces is now on the market. Creek’s Edge Winery, located at 41255 Annas Lane, Lovettsville, is currently listed for $4.95 million.
The property spans 24.93 acres across three lots, none of which are under conservation easement.
At the center of the property is an Amish-built timber-frame structure designed similarly to raised barns. The building combines local stone, black walnut harvested on the property, and hand-forged metalwork.

Around 4.5 acres of the property make up the actual vineyard on the slope above the main buildings. The vineyard was originally planted with Chambourcin, chardonnay, merlot, and cabernet sauvignon.

The tasting room can accommodate up to 100 people indoors and features a fieldstone fireplace. It opens onto a deck overlooking the vineyard. The building also features a silo which connects the tasting room to an upstairs loft and the cellar below.

The winery itself sits below the tasting room and includes a barrel room and production area. Winery production equipment and wine inventory are included with the sale.

For events, the property has a covered pavilion with a high timber roof and raised stage area that can accommodate up to 200 guests.

The winery is also ideal for hosting weddings and special events with a bridal loft and a groom’s den. The property also has one full and four partial bathrooms, along with one bedroom.

A separate .68-acre lot, which is part of the property and zoned RC, is home to the historic Taylorstown General Store. The building is currently in disrepair and awaits restoration. The property also includes a restored 19th-century bank barn, ready for final finishing. Once completed, the barn could serve as a second event space for weddings and private functions.
