Located in Ashburn, One Loudoun is brimming with stores, restaurants, corporate offices, and entertainment. Here are four new stores to visit, and plenty more expected soon.
Now Open

Drybar
This fast-growing, California-based salon chain opened a One Loudoun outpost in November. Specializing in fast and voluminous blowouts, Drybar’s services include blowouts, clip-in extensions, and styling. It’s next to the Alamo Drafthouse movie theater. 20605 Easthampton Plz., Ste. D104
CloudFizz
Get your fill of “dirty sodas” at CloudFizz, which opened in December. The company’s first brick-and-mortar location — a former Firehouse Subs — sells sodas mixed with varying syrup flavors and topped with cold foam. Guests can try a signature creation, such as the Ocean Cloud or Raspberry Cola, or create their own. 20544 Easthampton Plz.

Kendra Scott
Pick out jewelry, watches, and other accessories at Kendra Scott, which opened its doors in December. This popular women’s boutique held a grand opening reception with a ribbon cutting and raised money for Loudoun Youth. You can also find locations in Tysons Corner, Fairfax, and Reston. 20321 Exchange St.

Neuhaus
This gourmet Belgian chocolate shop opened for business in November and sells all kinds of gift boxes filled with treats. Known for inventing the first chocolate praline, Neuhaus has made its name selling luxury chocolates for any and all occasions. It is tucked next to the Kendra Scott and is the second store in Northern Virginia. The first is located at the Mosaic District in Fairfax. 20365 Exchange St.
Coming Soon
Anthropologie
This clothing retailer is expected to join One Loudoun, The Burn reported. No opening date has been announced.

Chase Bank
A new branch of Chase Bank has popped up in the extended parking lot of the Trader Joe’s at One Loudoun. Building plans originally showed a 4,000 square foot retail and office building but now call for a slightly smaller building, according to The Burn.
Madewell
Another clothing store is reportedly on its way to One Loudoun, though no date has been confirmed.

One Loudoun Expansion
The development’s expansion plan – announced in October 2024 – is still underway. The project will add 86,000 square feet of retail, 33,000 square feet of office space, and around 400 luxury multifamily units. Signage has begun to populate on the newly constructed buildings. Renderings of the expansion show a grass-covered area that will be transformed into an ice rink in the winter.
Signed tenants include Alo, Arhaus, Bartaco, Pottery Barn, Tatte Bakery and Café, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, and Williams Sonoma. Additional stores and restaurants will be named in the near future.
