Where to Watch the Washington Spirit Take on the Gotham FC in the NWSL Championship

Find Washington Spirit watch parties in Northern Virginia and DC.

The Washington Spirit plays New York’s Gotham FC for the National Women’s Soccer League championship on Saturday, November 22, at 8 p.m. The game is taking place across the country at PayPal Park in San Jose, California, but there are plenty of watch parties here in NoVA and DC. Don your green, yellow, and black and cheer on the Spirit with fellow fans at one of these spots.

NWSL Championship Watch Party

The Lincoln Theatre in DC is hosting a free watch party starting at 7 p.m. with first come, first served seating but tickets are required. Guests are advised to come early for giveaways like District vs. Empire limited edition T-shirts, rally towels and a Hot 99.5 photo booth and prizes. 1215 U St. NW, DC, free

Washington Spirit Watch Party VA Hub

Astro Beer Hall’s 1969 Bar is an official Spirit Watch Party Hub and are hosting an extravaganza complete with free T-shirts for the first 100 fans. There will also be $10 pineapple margaritas (aka “Spirit” ritas) to enjoy while you cheer on the team. 4001 Campbell Ave., Arlington

A League of Her Own DC’s Spirit Finals Watch Party

A League of Her Own is hosting a Spirit watch party complete with $5 draft and rail drinks. Guests are encouraged to bring friends and wear spirit colors. All are welcome to attend at this bar that invites having fun, spreading love and “appropriate shenanigans only.” 2317 18th St. NW DC

Piece Out Del Ray’s NWSL Championship Watch Party

Arrive early to get a good spot in front of the TVs at this family-run sports bar in Del Ray. Come hungry for Detroit or New York–style pizza, smash burgers, hearty meatball subs, and more. 2419 Mt. Vernon Ave., Del Ray

Solace Outpost’s NWSL Finals Party

The game will be on throughout the building, with sound on in the Game Room. Bluejacket’s Washington Spirit Championship Watch Party

This Navy Yard brewery and restaurant will be rolling out food and drink specials like $8 house made tater tots, $12 wings, $16 burgers and $5 drafts or $8 cocktails. 300 Tingey St. SE, DC
