Former Nationals manager Dave Martinez is selling his Arlington home. With a sleek and modern black-and-white exterior, the home at 637 21st St. S. is currently for sale for $2,500,000.

Martinez was fired from the baseball team on July 7, along with general manager Mike Rizzo. According to Zillow price history data, he bought the home in February 2024 for just over $2.2 million.

Built in 2024, the home includes five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, with a total interior area of 4,754 square feet and a lot of 0.14 acres. It’s located in the Addison Heights neighborhood.

In the entrance, you’re immediately greeted with 9-foot ceilings, wide-plank hardwood floors, refined architectural details, and curated finishes throughout the house. There is a staircase at the entrance leading upstairs and a long hallway navigating through the office, formal living room, living room and kitchen.
