On track to welcome more than 10 new stores this summer and fall, the mall is projected to have even more growth in 2025. Here are some of the new Potomac Mills eateries and stores to add to your itinerary.
Firehouse Subs
Summer 2024
This fast-casual sandwich chain offers hot and cold subs and custom options complete with an authentic firefighter theme. Celebrating the founding family’s firefighting service, Firehouse Subs offers a wide selection of subs from a sweet and spicy meatball to Jamaican jerk turkey.
Pholicious
Summer 2024
Already open in the Grand Court, Pholicious serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Known for its distinctive flavors and fresh ingredients, the menu includes traditional broth options, spring rolls, egg rolls, and bahn mi sandwiches. Beverages, such as bubble tea smoothies, Thai tea, Vietnamese coffee, and other drinks are available.
Shawarma Taco
Summer 2024
This is the second location for the Mexican and Middle Eastern fusion food joint. The other is in Springfield Mall. Traditional Mexican ingredients meet the complex flavors and spices of the Middle East in tacos, burritos, and bowls with various toppings and sauces. All meat served is halal, and build-your-own options are offered.
Downtown Locker Room
Fall 2024
DTLR carries the latest trends and streetwear staples. Shop for premium footwear, apparel, and accessories inspired by an urban style. This is the family’s one-stop shop for the newest gear. The store, which will be next to Bath and Body Works in Neighborhood Three, carries Nike, Adidas, Jordan, and New Balance.
Rumi Life
Fall 2024
With over 4,000 products to choose from, Rumi Life has the perfect gift item or a treat for yourself. The store boasts an extensive collection of toys, plushies, bags, stationery, accessories, and beauty products — practical items with cute designs. Look for the store to open next to Forever 21 and across from the Adidas outlet.
Vineyard Vines
Fall 2024
This popular coastal brand founded in 1998 is making its way to Potomac Mills this fall. The diverse selection of clothing and accessories for men, women, and children is branded with the iconic smiling pink whale logo. Vineyard Vines offers classic polos, high-performance gear, dresses, and accessories. The store will be adjacent to Bloomingdale’s.
