Warby Parker, the maker of affordable eyewear, will soon open two new stores in NoVA, one in Pentagon City and the other in Fairfax Corner.
The Pentagon City location at 1100 S. Hayes St., Ste. H03A, is set to open April 20, while the Fairfax Corner shop at 11945 Grand Commons, Ste. A, will open May 4, according to Patch.com.
A third shop is coming soon in Clarendon at 2800 Clarendon Blvd., Ste. 600, according to the Warby Parker website.
The business has other NoVA locations in Alexandria, Ashburn, Fairfax, and McLean.
Eye exams with an independent optometrist at or near its stores can be booked through the chain’s website.
Warby Parker accepts several major insurance carriers, and in-store staffers can take any needed measurements for glasses.
The company, which offers prescription lenses from $95, designs its glasses in-house and was started as an alternative to the other big-name eyeglass companies. Its online shop lets you pick five frames to try on at home for free.
The business recently gained a lot of attention when it offered solar eclipse glasses for free.
