Even though housing inventory throughout Northern Virginia is slowly decreasing, the number of homes sold (and the average price) keeps increasing compared to last year. According to Homes.com, these are the most expensive homes sold during February.
$14.75 million: 9351 Cornwell Farm Dr., Great Falls
The top sale of February 2024 was also the highest recorded residential home sale in Great Falls. Named Wildersmoor House, this Georgian-style estate sits on over 17 acres of land. This home, built in 2000, exudes elegance and luxury. The eight-bedroom, 16-bathroom house features an indoor pool and hot tub, home theater, sauna, wine room, state-of-the-art equestrian training area and stables, and a pond.
$10.1 million: 6538 Sothoron Rd., McLean
