Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and a romantic dinner at a Northern Virginia restaurant is a timeless way to celebrate with someone special. From elegant multi-course menus to cozy, candlelit settings, these local spots are pulling out all the stops for February 14. Just be sure to book early, as Valentine’s Day reservations fill up fast.

Book your reservation at our 2025 No. 1 Best Restaurant this Valentine’s Day for an elevated dining experience. The three-course prix fixe meal will run you $125 per guest, and includes delectable options like Australian lamb rack, butter-poached lobster, grilled Braveheart ribeye, Canary Island branzino, and burrata and robiolina raviolini. 2941 Fairview Park Dr., Falls Church

L’Auberge Chez Francois 

Indulge in a culinary masterpiece with chef Jacques Haeringer’s “Seven Course Celebration Experience Menu” at this French spot in Great Falls. The special menu on February 14, ranging from $150 to $170 per person, features noteworthy entrée options like chateaubriand for two, beef Wellington, and Maine lobster with lump crabmeat. 332 Springvale Rd., Great Falls

The Conche  

Valentine’s Day and chocolate go hand in hand, and The Conche leans fully into the pairing. From February 14 to 16, the restaurant will offer a romantic $108 per guest, four-course dinner featuring seasonal flavors, decadent chocolate-inspired accents, and artfully plated dishes meant to turn dinner into an experience. 1605 Village Market Blvd. SE, Ste. The Simon

The Simon at JW Marriott Reston Station is offering a special prix-fixe menu Valentine’s Day weekend from February 13 to 15. The $145 per guest, four-course dinner includes canape choices like steak tartare and marinated mussels and appetizer choices including burrata salad or carabinero bottoni. Shutters on King

Leesburg’s Shutters on King is celebrating Valentine’s Day with thoughtfully crafted menu specials that blend classic flavors with modern flair. Harrimans

Harrimans, the elegant onsite restaurant at the Salamander Resort in Middleburg, is a prime spot for wining and dining. The four-course, $300-per-guest Valentine’s Day dinner is available February 13 and 14. It includes dishes such as crispy oyster chowder, langoustine risotto, and a dry aged filet mignon. 500 N. Magnolias at the Mill

This Purcellville restaurant, set in a circa-1905 mill and with a locally focused menu, is a staple dining destination for a reason. Couples who dine here on Valentine’s Day will experience a three-course meal with dishes such as crabcakes, steak and lobster, and a chocolate fromage blanc mousse to finish. NUE

NUE is celebrating Valentine’s Weekend with a special $85-per-person tasting menu that showcases the restaurant’s most beloved dishes alongside guest-favorite classics. Designed for sharing and lingering, the menu includes NUE’s honey lacquered duck as a centerpiece course.
