With nearly 40% of total tourism expenditures for Virginia, NoVA is responsible for $10.3 billion in total travel-related profits, and more than one of every three tourism dollars in Virginia is spent in the region.

This has resulted in 91,416 jobs and $644 million in local and state tax revenue, according to data released by the U.S. Travel Association.
