Loudoun County Board of Supervisors adopted two plans on Tuesday to address corridor safety on Evergreen Mills and Watson Roads in Leesburg. One more round of wintry mixes is coming to the region on Friday, with highs expected to barely break the 40s. By the afternoon, expect rain and snow. (WTOP)
