Democrats were victorious in many of the big races in Virginia from Tuesday’s election. Jennifer Wexton (D) defeated incumbent Barbara Comstock (R) in Virginia’s 10th District, Rep. Arlington is expected to expand its dockless vehicle pilot program, allowing Skip and Lyft to begin offering scooters throughout the county, with more potentially coming in 2019. The dockless vehicle program began in late September.

Police have arrested a suspect in connection to the two shooting deaths in Woodbridge on Sunday. Arlington resident Duante Anthony Moten, 22, was arrested on Tuesday and is being charged with felony homicide and robbery.
