A news release on Tuesday said that an off duty Prince William deputy was “justified” in attempting to shoot a Manassas 19-year-old who has since been charged with both assault on a law enforcement officer and assault by mob, but accidentally shooting an adult male instead. Tuesday, Prince William County detectives found human remains near the 14800 block of Glenkirk Road, Nokesville, while searching for missing 16-year-old Palmer Curtis Marsh. The remains could not be immediately identified and have been taken to the medical examiner’s office in Manassas.
