Arlington County establishes pick-up, drop-off areas in Clarendon; ABC cancels ‘Roseanne’ after racist tweets from star

Arlington County has worked with Lyft, Uber and Red Top Cab to provide three pick-up and drop-off areas in Clarendon that are to be used Thursday-Sunday from 9 p.m.-3 a.m.
